West Virginia Nursing Home Resident Found Dead After Search

A 56-year old resident of a West Virginia Nursing Home was found dead Tuesday morning after he wandered out of the Logan Center nursing home in Logan County, southwest of Charleston.

Charles “David” Milon was at the Logan Center for rehabilitation and was recovering from a head injury when he is believed to have wandered out of the nursing home late Monday night. Police, EMS and a canine unit searched through the night for Milon, and found his body under the Middleburg Island Bridge Tuesday morning. Although there has been no official identification, family members told local media that the body was Milon’s.
